A monthly Black-diaspora day party launched in New York in 2012 by Saada Ahmed, chef Roblé Ali and DJ mOma, named for Arrested Development's 'People Everyday.' Built on '90s R&B and an Afro-diasporic crowd, it grew from an intimate brunch into a roving, multi-city phenomenon and a fixture of NYC's day-party culture.
